The stay was delightful, especially with the spacious one-bedroom apartment which was perfectly suited for relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchenette was handy for preparing some late-night snacks, and the location was fantastic, being very close to the museums and the Royal Albert Hall, making our cultural outings much easier. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was a nice touch that added to the experience.

We had a fantastic stay in a Deluxe Studio, where we loved the small kitchen and the convenience of the laundrette. The coffee machine in the lobby was a daily treat, and we enjoyed cozy evenings in the lounge area. The only downside was that the 'double' bed was actually two singles pushed together, but it was still super comfortable! 😊

location is very good, close to tube and lovely area. the staff is super helpful n the reception is open 24/7. loved the free water, tea n coffee in the lobby. the kitchen in the studio is well equipped n there's no carpet which is nice. great security for a solo traveler like me!

The overall room experience fell short. the windows were dirty and could not be opened for ventilation due to security concerns, which could be a bummer for some. I noticed only one functional chair in the studio and little flexibility in the kitchenette equipment, like the oversized saucepans that made cooking unnecessarily awkward. Speaking of awkward, there was no daily cleaning and guests had to fetch their own towels and take out their own trash—definitely not the kind of convenience I expect. Plus, the noise from neighboring rooms could be bothersome, making quiet moments rare, especially with the chance of barking dogs or crying babies nearby.

it all seemed lovely and clean, friendly welcome when we arrived and we were advise we were upgraded to a 1 bed apartment from a studio, the location is great for royal albert hall and its just a short walk to kensington gardens, totally chill vibe with coffee and fruit in the lobby, would def come back here.

Had a lovely time in a studio apartment. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Gloucester Road tube station and nearby cafes. The kitchenette was well-equipped for breakfasts, and I really appreciated the complimentary coffee and fresh fruit available in the lobby. I did find the water pressure in the shower to be a bit low at times.
